Take the SIXTY hull, take away the mast, and give the volume back to living space. That is the SIXTY 7. Two 440hp diesels and five and a half thousand litres of fuel make her a genuine passage-maker, and without a rig the flybridge and deck plan open up in a way the sailing version cannot match.

The SIXTY 7 is the smaller of Lagoon’s two power catamarans, sitting under the EIGHTY 3, and she has been in the range since 2019, when she took Vela e Motore’s multihull Boat of the Year. She measures 20.15m overall on 10m of beam, draws 1.5m and stands 8.2m to the top of the flybridge — which opens up anchorages and bridged waterways the sailing models simply cannot reach. For a Caribbean owner who wants catamaran volume without a rig, that shallow draft is most of the argument.

On range, be careful what anyone promises you. Lagoon publishes 5,500 litres of fuel in four tanks and 1,000 litres of water, and describes the boat as suited to ocean crossings, but it puts no cruising speed, no top speed and no mileage figure on the SIXTY 7. Standard engines are 2 × 340hp with 2 × 440hp optional, moving 42.3 tonnes light, so genuine range turns on engine choice, load and the speed you settle at. We will ask the yard for a fuel-burn curve before quoting you a number, rather than repeating one from a brochure.
