1. Who we are

This website is operated by Caribe Yacht Group, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Yacht listings are not offers

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a contract, or a warranty. Listings are invitations to enquire. A sale is only formed by a written purchase agreement signed by both parties.

3. Listing information and third-party data

Much of the vessel information on this site — specifications, photography, pricing and availability — is supplied by third parties, including yacht owners, other brokers and industry listing feeds. We publish it in good faith but we cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or current.

Dimensions, year, engine hours, equipment lists and condition must be confirmed independently. Do not rely on this website when deciding to buy a vessel. Commission a professional survey and sea trial.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. A vessel shown as available may already be under contract or withdrawn. Prices exclude taxes, duties, registration, delivery, commissioning and any other cost unless we have said so in writing.

5. Payment estimates

Any payment calculator on this site produces an indicative figure only, using assumptions we have chosen for illustration. It is not a finance offer, quotation, approval, or advice. Actual terms depend on your lender, the vessel, the survey and your circumstances. Speak to a marine finance provider.

6. Reservations and holds

Requesting a hold through this website registers your interest and asks us to take a vessel off-market for a short period. It does not itself create a binding agreement to buy or sell, and it does not transfer any interest in the vessel. The terms of any deposit, including how and when it is refunded, will be set out separately in writing before any money changes hands. No payment is taken through this website.

7. Your use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping or bulk extraction of listings, no attempt to interfere with its operation or security, no use of it to send unsolicited commercial messages, and no unlawful use.

8. Intellectual property

The Caribe Yacht Group name, logo, site design and original text are ours. Vessel photography may belong to owners, brokers, manufacturers or photographers and is used with permission. Lagoon and other manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners; our use of them identifies the vessels we sell and does not imply anything beyond our stated dealership.

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for that content.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site, from its unavailability, or from any error in third-party data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the US Virgin Islands, and the courts of the US Virgin Islands have jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
