The site is information, not an offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a contract for the sale of, any vessel. Listings, specifications, images, availability and prices are provided for general guidance and are subject to change, prior sale, and withdrawal without notice.

Vessel details are frequently supplied by owners, manufacturers or third-party listing services. We take reasonable care but we cannot warrant that every specification, measurement, engine hour, year, equipment list or price is accurate. Any purchaser should satisfy themselves through their own inspection, an independent marine survey and a sea trial before committing to a purchase.

New yacht orders

Model availability, build slots, delivery dates, specification options and pricing for new Lagoon yachts are set by the manufacturer and change from season to season. Anything shown here is indicative. Binding terms are contained only in a signed purchase agreement.

Third-party trademarks

Lagoon is a registered trademark of Groupe Beneteau. Other manufacturer, model and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this site identifies the vessels we sell and service and does not imply any endorsement beyond our appointment as an authorized Lagoon dealer for the U.S. and British Virgin Islands.

Photography and content

Text, layout, graphics and photography on this site are owned by Caribe Yacht Group or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission. Certain Lagoon yacht photography is credited to Nicolas Claris / Photothèque Lagoon and remains the property of its rights holders.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, or to harm it or its users
• Do not scrape, harvest or systematically extract listings or contact data
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, the owner portal, or our systems
• Do not submit false information, or another person’s information without their permission

Owner portal

Where we provide account access to yacht owners, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

External links

The site links to third-party sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caribe Yacht Group is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States Virgin Islands, and the courts of the U.S. Virgin Islands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
